Return/Refunds Policy

If you receive a book that you have read previously, please let us know and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent once you have returned the book.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the 'My Account' section, or contact us at info@crime-ink.co.uk, and we can do it for you.

You must return any unwanted products with the original packaging within 14 days of cancellation. Returns after this time will not be accepted. We are entitled to withhold any refund until we have received the relevant products.  Returns will be at your own expense.

Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your returned item to process your exchange. Refunds may take up to 5 days to process.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

All pre-paid subscriptions are non-refundable.
